Curious About Clozapine?

Clozapine is the gold standard and # 1 most effective antipsychotic in the world. Don't believe us! Do your own Google search and you will find tons of information that will support this statement. Unfortunately, you will also come across a lot of information about how dangerous its side effects are and how it should only be used as a last resort. Many clinicians did not receive training or education on how to optimally manage clozapine treatment. We are grateful for all those who are learning now so they can integrate clozapine as a treatment option for SMI patients who need it the most.
