NAMI is the most well-known nonprofit in the United States serving individuals with a mental health condition and families who provide care. NAMI has local and regional chapters that can also provide support to you closer to home. You will find a variety of resources including a helpline, support groups (in-person/online), education, publications, and local events. Be sure to attend their annual conference each year for presentations on medical research and updates.
